MCS Theory on Foot Alignment
When I first released the Smash Golf MCS material last summer, I ended up adding an addendum of sorts on the Foot Alignment in my own FT stance.

4 Iron – Two Angles (video)
I went to the range today to hit some irons, especially the longer irons (6i-4i) and got some video with the 4 -iron from two angles.

Driver – New Angles (video)
I got some new angles that I’ve never taken before of the MCS Swing with the Driver. There’s a sequence of shots viewed from behind the back, and another sequence shot up the target line.

FT V – Driver – Yes!
I went to the range today to make the FT position adjustment with the Driver that I was talking about on the weekend. I have only two words to sum up the session: Awesome Results.

FT IV – New Focus
I said that I was very happy with my FT adjustments regarding the consistency of Stance with all clubs. I have now moved on to a new focus in looking at and perfecting my FT from a different angle.

FT – 2 & 3 – Pt II
I mentioned in my previous FT – 2 & 3 posting how I didn’t like my Address Position with the Driver with regards to how I had it with my irons on a particular day. I went and looked at … Continue reading
FT – 2 & 3 (still pic)
In future postings, I’ll call the Fundamentals Trifecta by its initials of FT. In the original Smash Golf MCS, I covered the components of the FT, detailing the importance of all three of Grip, Ball Position and Address Stance.

New Video – MCS Swing – Irons
After a week of unrelenting rain, I was able to sneak out today and get a little video of my iron shots before even more rain came down. What a spring.

New Video (better light)
There’s nothing really new about the Driver video I shot this morning other than I finally had adequate light conditions (actual sunshine!) and lighter-colored clothing to show more detail on the frontal video.

MCS – The Swing Plane
I’ve said before that there were small differences between the MCS swing and Mike Austin’s swing, probably due to natural differences in physique and whatnot.

Fundamentals Trifecta – Address Stance
